這是我最近喜歡聽的七首歌曲。

HIM feat. The Rasmus - Apocalyptica bittersweet

以大提琴四重奏詮釋Metalica作品揚名的芬蘭提琴搖滾樂團Apocalyptica，招攬了The Rasmus的主唱Lauri Ylonen 與H.I.M.的主唱Ville Valo，兩人一低一高的音色組合 ，出人意外的搖滾美聲。

不可多得的好嗓音，張學友說得好，在香港這個五光十色的歌壇裡，像呂方這種只站著唱歌不用跳舞的歌手，真的是非常難得。

CBS叫好喜劇How I met your mother女主角之一Robin,劇中年輕時代在加拿大可是家喻戶曉的玉女偶像，這首趁勝追擊的抒情歌曲雖然沒有大賣，卻是少女情懷的紀念作。

Breathe in Breathe Out Grey's Anatomy

公司廣播電台偶而會收錄這首旋律很動人的歌曲，也是我繼"Breathe (2 AM)" 之後第二首被吸引的實習醫生原聲帶收錄曲，只不過兩次都是誤打誤撞聽到的。Breathe in Breathe Out在深夜或清晨聽都棒，主唱人Mat Kearney有著說故事的嗓音，即使沒注意歌詞，也感受到歌聲傳達著的意境。

平井堅-古老的大鐘

在朋友網誌聽來的歌曲，對日本歌曲只熟恰克與飛鳥與龍貓主題曲的我，這首歌有著那種夏天坐在樹下喝冰紅茶的暢快與清新。

Paul Potts - Cavatina

Britain's Got Talent 冠軍Paul Potts首張專輯One Chance裡最令我心動的一首歌，這首「越戰烈鹿人」電影主題曲，經由他驚人肺活量與溫柔高音的詮釋，讓人感動萬分。

最近不知如何，洗澡的時候會哼著這首民歌，結果在youtube又無意間找到這個完美搭配，好歌永遠歷久彌新。

這首李香蘭，真的是勾起很多回憶。
在香港歌壇視為歌唱能力挑戰的經典老歌，
大家都贊同唯有張學友版本才是王道，
直到無意間看到這呂方版本，
加上後段張學友驚喜客串，
享受美聲之餘，
也感嘆盡年這樣的實力歌手外加有深度作品，
實在是少之又少。

這是我最近在一場演講中聽到最令我印象深刻的一句話。

不久前我的老闆再度跳過我，晉升另一位比我資淺的同事補某單位的缺，
這一次他非但沒有把我列入考慮，這更是從屬下聽來的消息。
幾個月前的我或許會氣得跳腳，馬上找他理論，
但是我近來鼓勵自己不讓外在的問題困擾我的情緒，所以決定心平氣和他談這問題。

首先我跟他說不管他決定升另外一位同事的原因為何，
我一再表達升遷意願卻沒有先被詢問的這一個動作，
讓我感覺不被重視、甚至感到傷害。
他解釋並不是沒有把我列入考慮，
而是他認為我更適合另一個職位，
他也有繼續栽培我的計畫。
這些當然都是重複了幾年的客套話，
但是我認為升遷不是重點，
我發現我的最大不滿是被視為理所當然，
所以我趁機跟他表達我的想法。
我說既然你無法在短期內用升遷或加薪來表達你對我工作的肯定，
我希望你能加強平常口頭上的正面回饋，
他說他之所以沒有常常這樣做，
是因為他的上司也很少給他口頭上的讚賞，
我說這不是藉口，因為我對我的屬下照樣天天給正向鼓勵。
那天談完之後，不但老闆提出每月為員工辦慶生會提升士氣的計畫，
他過幾天更是破天荒的跟我說一些肯定我工作表現的獎賞，
我跟他說這些話正是我需要聽的，對我意義很大
比起從前，我與他的溝通也比較有效率以及正向，
這是我比較意想不到的成果，
也是最近多看書充實自己以來最大的收穫。
